Crooks. Wanted us to pay a $200 up front fee to take our application. When I told "agent" tenancy branch says not to pay any money until signing rental agreement and then only half month deposit is the way it works in BC. Buildings were disgusting wouldn't let my dog live there.

I've lived in the Cameron New Westminster building for 5 years and half. I really enjoyed living here because reasonable rent price, newly renovated suite and a warm-hearted building manager, John. He was a very hard worker and considerate person.

We moved into our unit just over six years ago as I write this review. Our apartment had been newly renovated which included hard wood floors, ceramic tile kitchen, stone countertop, fancy bowl sink in the bathroom, new tub, etc. it was great! In the first year we did have some nuissance pests (a couple of deer mice) and our landlord John over here at New Westminster's Cameron Manor was totally great. John came in and fixed the problem immediately and since then we have enjoyed our apartment nuisance free. I just want to mention that John is a real nice landlord and he does a great job at what he does. He always talks to us if there are any concerns and we really appreciate that. I know he is the landlord and has to maintain the property, I was happy to see that even on weekends and evenings, he has put in time when it seemed like maybe it was time off. He has managed the two buildings for the whole time we have been tenants here and since I already had experience with other landlords, I know he is a good man. His style of communications is very good and he is assertive when necessary. We now have a lot of safe things that make us comfortable such as CCD video cameras, locked gate at the back, electronic door locks on all the apartments, and a locked building with a policy of no key, no entry. With COVID-19 now upon us as we are in the second wave of this pandemic, we feel about as good as we can here. There are postings on the wall about mask wearing and social distance etc. Once in a while someone walks by without a mask and its disheartening that not everyone is on board with suppressing this but I know that Mainstreet and our landlord in particular, a doing a great job in keeping everybody, safe and happy as good as can be. Thank you for that. May 2021 see us emerge from this pandemic all the better as we are in this together. Keep up the good work MainStreet, we are happy to be long-term tenants in the home we love.

We love Imperial. The location is great; close to shopping and schools, the grounds are beautiful with new flowers every month, our neighbors are friendly, there are tuns of kids to play with and our land lady Jen is kind, cares and makes an effort to improve things. It's lovely

I've had a great experience renting from them at Cameron Manor in New Westminster. Especially the building manager John is excellent: always kind, quick to respond, professional, and he works hard to create a great environment in the building, which is well maintained. It's been very nice living here!

Very pleasant 1 year at Cameron Manor in New West. Living space was adequate with good tenants. Any issues that arose were quickly communicated to John, the building manager, and quickly taken care of. John is very down-to-earth and will go out of his way to ask you how things are going to make you feel welcome. All-in-all would recommend this building to prospective tenants.

So Joanna the Property Manager for Pacific Park has gotta be be the one reason you stay there.. She was helpful , friendly, very approachable and professional. She worked with my schedule to see that my move into my first apt was smooth and straight forward. She always had a smile and would see that any concern was taken care of. I'm gonna miss the neighbours and staff of this property. It's an old building but it works and is clean. DON A238

Whew, my parents have been living here for a while now. I used to live here too but I grew up and moved out of BC. This is where is call home whenever I'm referring to 'home ' because it's my parents home. For people who don't like moving and would like a permanent home, this is a great place to live. To raise a little family and save money until you're able to buy. Instead of living in luxurious apartments and not being able to save anything, live here and save.
