One of the customer service specialist, name Zachary called me and introduce himself. He explained what the company is all about and how they can help me with my situation.
Zachary was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He made me feel comfortable while asking all the questions in order to start processing the application. It was an excellent team work together being able to gather all the documents needed in no time.
Zachary did an excellent job and would highly recommend to other customers. His skills exceeds my expecation. Very happy and grateful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am glad that my file was handled by Rick Hamilton and Kim Sucre of Bromwich + Smith. They were pleasant to work with and were not judgmental on my situation.
Rick Hamilton is the trustee. He was clear and very nice to deal with. He explained the details of the documents and made edits depending on our conversation. I did not feel any rush and I felt being taken cared of. He also made me understand of his function and obligation which I appreciate. He helped me make an informed decision.
Kim was patient and helpful. She took all the details and work on my file. She responded to my questions promptly and return calls when available. The phone conversation was typically pleasant and not rushed despite how busy she is.

I’ve gotten myself into a tough financial situation and wasn’t sure how to go about it, but after having my free consult with Helen I felt a lot more relief and a bit of weight lifted off my shoulders. She was always trying her best to fit me into her schedule, was there to listen to what I had to say, and gave me the best options for my situation. Adam was the one who went through all the paperwork with me virtually and he was super thorough but also quick and efficient. Highly recommend Bromwich+Smith for any Canadian who’s in a tough situation financially, I definitely wish I had heard about them sooner but I’m glad it wasn’t too late for me when I did.
