Right from the first phone call, Sandra was warm and friendly and answered all of our many questions. She was very assuring that she would be able to help us find the right home for us.
When a new listing came up, she arranged a viewing right away. Sandra’s knowledge of the community of Salmon Arm, its neighbours, contractors, developers made us feel very confident in our purchase. She was always reassuring, friendly and when it came time for us to put in our offer, she worked very hard for us. Sandra always called to give us updates and provided expertise. So while we waited with bated breath if our offer was accepted, Sandra was always reassuring and that set us at ease. When the offer was accepted, she was genuinely happy for us. We couldn’t have had a better first time home buyer experience. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buying a house is stressful but Sandra helped us through the steps beautifully. We've never done this before and had no idea what we didn't know but she welcomed our questions and encouraged them. She was patient, supportive, organized, and so so kind!
When it came time to putting an offer in she helped keep our nerves steady encouraging us to stick to our price and not let it creep up while getting caught up in the process. She was on top of everything and had all the documents drawn up within hours talking us through absolutely everything.
We actually came to enjoy what became our Saturday morning routine meeting with Sandra looking at what was on the market.. While we hope not to have to buy a home again any time soon, coming from a first time buyer in quite frankly a terrifying market we highly recommend Sandra to guide you through, you will feel wildly supported throughout!
