I moved from Calgary and only had one day to view properties and she went above and beyond finding us an amazing home so we didn't have to settle. We had issues outside her scope of work and Tara swooped in multiple times and saved us. Tara has amazing contacts and isn't afraid to use her knowledge of Salmon Arm to help her clients in creative ways.

She met with us in our cottage, answered all our questions, and explained everything in an easy to understand language. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tara Gallant- called me back regarding a property. Discussion was going good until I told her I am 55 and looking to invest for retirement. She mentioned lots of building have an age restriction 55+ but her does not.
Since I never heard of this before I was trying to understand if they want people over 55 or not over 55. Instead of answering the question she just kept going back to "this building has no age restrictions" which I fully understood her building does not have an age restriction and told her that. I just wanted more clarification on her comment I explained and she hung up - WOW. Looks like a dodged a bullet.
