★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a worthwhile service, non-profit, run by volunteers. They do their best but I'm sure are constrained by availability of volunteers in a small city. Maybe the situation will ease when volunteers are not so stretched to cover the pandemic as well, or perhaps a local membership drive would help.
