★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very cute park and beautiful beach. Entrance to beach is difficult for people with mobility issues. Algae is an issue. It would be nice if the city would do something to mitigate the algae blooms.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very small parkette south of Lake Shore Blvd West on, you guessed it, Sand Beach Road. No benches for sitting. Climb down the rocks to get down to a small strip of sand at the water's edge. No access to the waterfront trail but a good place to pause if you're strolling the area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sweet little spot. Go down below to the beach for a nice little retreat. Depending on the tide the beach can be really sandy or just a bunch of concrete debris. Nonetheless Sand Beach is a beautiful retreat in the summer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful place to listen the sound of the lake with an amazing view, but there are no benches to have sit on. You can bring your own staff for sitting or admire standing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a hard time finding the street that leads down to the Sand Beach Road Parkette but after a couple streets finally found the spot. Nice area and people relaxing around the beach area. Small area but nice views over the water. No parking but you can park on the street for 15 minutes as posted.
