★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be weary of this place. I am still living a nightmare trying to get my products out of them.
Ordered a small amount of fence panels and posts, was told they would be in the following week. That was 2 months ago. Phone calls were going unanswered, and if they did answer it would be by an employee with no knowledge of when my product would be arriving. It took contacting the Coquitlam branch and threatening to reverse the credit card charge to finally get some action.
Seems that once they have your money, they don’t care to follow up with customer service or suppling you with the product you purchased.
