D	Devon Ewert on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last year I blew my transmission in a Christina Lake and got a new one in Grand Forks but was shipped out by Benz. It was an incredible rebuild. After a year my transmission started slipping and when I got it checked out it turned out it was a Solenoid that wasn’t located in the transmission but the transmission pan so Benz wouldn’t have any control over it. I called Benz and told them about the situation and when I sent my transmission in there was a screw up in the mail so it was never sent in on time for warranty. Benz completely understood the entire situation and even extended my warranty slightly to help me out! They were extremely professional, helpful, quick and honest which is hard to find these days. I highly recommend them for any type of work! Thanks again fellas.

B	Brad Reimer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There was a leak in my transmission, and I realized that after the exhaust was put in, that fixing the leak would be an issue, so I called Benz, and they came and picked the car up, brought it back to their shop, dropped the transmission, fixed it all up and had it back to the exhaust shop the same day. Not only that, but they did the job for about 30% less than what I was expecting to pay. THAT is what you call service. I highly recommend them. Thank you Benz!

We left paying $1,700 and a new problem the gears were grinding going from 3rd to 4th. The clutch also felt really weird (understanding a new clutch will feel different). We expressed our concern the moment we drove away with it. We were told there is nothing more that could be done. Long story short I brought it back the next day because there were more issues with it. The man I dealt with (Ron ?) was HORRENDOUS. He was rude, degrading and spiteful.I was told it would take 30 minutes for them to look at it. 3 hours later after walking around with my kids in a stroller waiting for a phone call, I called to ask the status and was told I never got a call because I "took off". I spoke with 2 mechanics upon arrival (neither asking for my phone number). I was setting up a stroller and unloading/ loading 2 kids. In that time , this man didn't step outside to ask for my information. The best part is, my husbands phone number was left on file there and the man chose not to contact anyone. So here we are left taking our vehicle to another shop to pay more to have a part replaced that Benz chose not to. This is a prime example of being taken advantage of and a business looking to make fast money while letting customers leave with unsafe vehicles. Thanks for nothing
