★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went looking for a fairly common product, they sent me to the back of the store, couldn't find product, clerk said he would get me the proper clerk, never came. Went to the service desk, the one store that had the product, they don't deal with, can't supply product, none in Calgary. Oh ya I'm on CRUTCHES 69 years old

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great customer service from Paint Dept staff. Keep up the great work. Maple Ridge Rona is the best location around the GVR area. Been to Coquitlam Rona (Barnet Hwy), staff are unprofessional and not helpful at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The associates that work here are amazing unfortunately the store isn't that good with it's lack of inventory, luckily the staff's knowledge of what they have on their shelves made it so that i did not waste any time trying to find something that is not there

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ staff are very helpful I had an instance where I needed a key cut and add after I checked it and it didn't work I returned to the store with receipt to have it recut and I was told by one employee to wait in the isle for a worker to help me the employee said he wasn't going to cut my key because It said do not copy anow this is already after they already had it cut obviously not the sharpest tool in the shed . but thanks to management the big guy saved the day thanks management for all your help

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Rona in Maple Ridge is simply awful. There is lots of staff on hand but try getting some help. I wondered that store for 45 mins looking for something and not once was asked if they could help. So I found a staff member and explained what I needed they had no clue if they carried it nor did they make an effort to see if they did. This store needs to do some sort of retraining of their staff. Sorry but not a fan at all of this store

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not the beat selection of some items buy most of the time you'll find what you need in a pinch. If you're looking for something specific like straight edge tile cutter, better phone in advance. They didn't have it when we went.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff here used to be more helpful, had a rather dismal experience last week.
I was unable to find outdoor patio lights in store (website showed they were in-stock here). Asked a staff member who told me to check aisle 6 but I couldn't find it there. Upon asking for help again he just told me to go to another aisle. When I couldn't find it there as well and told him he just simply stopped giving it a bother.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rona is my local hardware store. The service is always friendly and they usually have what I need. If you live in the area, I'd highly recommend giving them a visit, if you don't then it's worth the trip. Staff is very knowledgeable on your home improvement projects and will offer feedback when asked. Great shop!
