★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome and fast service. Andy had excellent customer service/ great communication and well done on my vehicle that was a hit and run claim. He provided me with a courtesy car right away and completed the job as stated time he would. Other companies like Craftsman Collision told me the estimate appt alone would take 1 week and to get icbc approval. Andy completed estimate and got all approved within 24 hours! my car upon return was sparkling and professionally detailed! Thanks Andy and all the guys at Samra Autobody! Keep up the great work!

It was returned cleaner than when I gave it to them. They gave me a courtesy car while mine was being fixed. Over all they had amazing customer service. Owner was very friendly and provided me with updates throughout the process. I would definitely recommend Samra Autobody to everyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had ICBC claim and I took my car to fixed. I gave him cash deductible and no receipt suddenly I change my mind to pay with card at least I have proof for paid deductible . They didn’t give any information how much they claimed and any repair guarantee certificate

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a ICBC claim and took our Van in to get fixed. Excellent service fast reliable and very friendly. We were given a courtesy car to use till the van was ready it was very clean and in excellent condition. We picked up the van and we were very impressed with the work done on it. Also we had a scratch on the hood and the owner buffed it out and it’s gone now. We will be taking our vehicles there again if need to. Thank you Samra Autobody for Excellent service in a timely manner.
