★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This shop was highly recommended by a friend because of his very positive experience so I brought my car for a bumper paint job to try them out. YG and his team are very friendly and made me feel welcome. They constantly communicate with me informing me of the work being done and the progress made on my car. They also went beyond the work I requested and fixed other issues they find on my car surprisingly free of charge. When it's time to pickup my car they send someone over to pick me up so the commute to the shop was hassle free. I had been to various repair shops and the service they provide here is second to none. I highly recommend them because of their professionalism and honesty. Their pricing is also fair and affordable. Good job guys!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ However it was an accidental repair covered under ICBC insurance, my experience with Craftsman was upto the mark and I would rather say it total beyond. I had an experience with another similar business, they just repaired the vehicle with zero customer service and never gave me details on what did they change or repaired, I am happy with Craftsman's work. Receptionist, she was always helping, no aggression at all, Edwin attended so well, friendly staff....preety flexible. Thanks All

I am adding this review for this since I went on my second visit not so long ago. It as been 6 weeks since I had my car back but the back order for my guard has not yet come. My car was not detailed when I got it. No car wash or vacuum whatsoever. Some promises to get small things fixed were not fixed.

When I picked my car up, it was spotless inside, they cleaned the inside and outside of my car. My car looked the same as the day I bought it brand new 3 years earlier. Very pleased and impressed with them. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys are awesome! Great customer service. They even fixed some additional things with no extra charge. Someone hit my car on a parking lot (he admitted his fault and his insurance paid for repair) and left some dents & scratches on the side of the car. This place was recommended & I took the car there. They did amazing job - the car looks like brand new again! :)
