★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently bought a rug from the Steeles location for $550, and when I went to their Westwood Mall location on the same day the same exact rug was for $250. I came back to this location right away and told them about their price difference and asked for my money back however the owner was very rude and did not listen to anything I said. This is one of the worst rug stores have ever seen and with very bad customer service you should never purchase anything from here.

The energy at Samir's was very positive and welcoming. Everyone was quite helpful and explained what makes a high quality rug and offered awesome recommendations and guidance on sizing, usage, maintenance, and area placement. The entire process was super smooth and very fulfilling. I have no hesitation in recommending them!
