The nail technician did not try to talk me out of it like previous salons have and instead assured me it could be done. Could not be more satisfied with the results, would highly recommend Sally's.. My nail techs name was Emma??
A	Anureet Malhi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service- this salon put me off from wanting to ever get my nails done let alone visit their establishment. Very uneven job, so rough around cuticles that I bled, spoke incredibly rude to me and charged a surcharge without telling me that there was a cost associated with removing a single broken nail($10 for this). When I tried to book initially, I was given the incorrect time and then blamed me for the mistake their staff made and also yelled at me over the phone like a child - I should have already known with this kind of customer service from the get go that their ability to do nails safely and well isn’t possible either. Thought a small town visit would warrant some stellar customer service and workmanship, completely wrong.

A	Alaina Bradshaw on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just have to write a review of appreciation for this business. I am new to getting my nails done, and I didn’t realize just how oily and thin they were. I had asked for a shellac manicure, and they did a great job. Unfortunately though, my nails did not hold the shellac. They started chipping within 4 days even though my friends who went at the same time were lasting perfectly (they’re still in great condition a week and a half later!). I contacted them and they immediately messaged back saying they would be happy to redo my nails for me free of charge. I went and had them redone, and off I went. But just a day later they chipped again! I messaged again and they explained why this must have happened. Once again, they offered to redo my nails, this time with a powder dip which would help them last better. I came in, and they did it again free of charge. This is a review not to say that their work doesn’t last because it does (just not shellac for me), but to say just how wonderful all the staff are, as well as commend them for the amazing customer service that went above and beyond. Thank you again, and I will definitely recommend your nail salon to everyone!

I had asked for the photo below (google image) and receive the last 2. While it’s not bad work at all, it’s not exactly what I wanted and for the price I’m just a little sad as I had high hopes of loving this place.. I was quoted $45 for acrylics when booking my appointment and was told price varies based on length. No problem, but I wasn’t told that ombré is at an extra cost.. that i was told at check out..
