I’ve been in this location for 2 times. And the sales girls are so rude and didn’t help me. She “ pretend to help “ . I showed her a picture of hair wax removal that I want she said that they don’t have it, then we walked to the isle where they have them and I saw it on the shelf. Then I asked her which one she recommended and what’s their best seller, she answered rudely that she don’t use it so she don’t know. Not mention how rude she was when I got to the cash. Never going there again.

This place is amazing!! I forget the gals name that helped me, but she was amazing and gave me easy instructions. Actually gave me confidence in colouring my hair. The place is super clean, tidy & bright. Friendly staff as well.

Just got out of Sally’s. I’m a black female with 4a hair type. I went in to get white dye for my hair. The sales girl was rude and impatient. She had no idea of hair types or what paroxide was for dying. She was very inconsiderate and didn’t listen. While cashing me out she asked for my memeber ship. I said I’ve not had ones in years last time it checked it expired. She went on to say they never expire in a rude tone. I told her it wouldn’t be there anymore and it doesn’t matter as my number has changed. Deplorable. I will never shop at this location again.

I saw two members of staff treat multiple people rudely. It is worth it to drive further to deerfoot city to get better service and kindness.

Was just at this location and I’ll have to say that the current 4/$25 promotion they have is extremely confusing and the staff need better understanding of what the promo covers. They’ve got gems or whatever on the price tags to indicate what falls under the promo. I asked one of the ladies to confirm what items were included and and after she acknowledged the items, I made my 4 selections, only for me to take my items to the till and after standing there for about 5mins, they realized the items didn’t qualify under the promo. What a time waster and you’re lucky my very impatient husband was with me. I ended up leaving the items and only taking what I desperately needed. You ought to honor what your pricing states and also own up to your own mistake. A simple sorry I was wrong doesn’t cut it. Also a shame that you carry limited supply. First item I wanted was only carried at a particular location. Like seriously?????

So I usually have nothing but good things to say about Sally’s…but this is the second time since October that the hair color I bought is expired. First time was from the Sunridge store and this time it was from sage hill location. Hair dye usually has a shelf life of 3 years - so clearly something is terribly wrong at the sourcing level. Photo below is the tube of colour I had to throw out again because of the huge green chunks of mold inside the tube and causes the product to separate from the remaining non-moldy portion. When the end-user is out of pocket and time due to defective products sold by a large retailer cutting corners , it needs to be acknowledged.

i came in today when sally’s opened with a hair emergency !! i dyed it the night before (with dye from another store) and it totally messed up my hair colour. the lady in this morning was so friendly and helpful, she showed me exactly what to get and how long to put it on for, i’m so relived that i don’t look insane. thank you so much you saved my life :))))

Hi there, I went today to pick up some hair products as I wanted something more professional than what other stores carries, anyways I went by around 4 pm. As I entered the store ,there was only 2 staffs, a cashier and another who looks like a teenager, very petite young lady. I ask her where to find hair bleach, she pointed. There was only one package one what I wanted so I ask can I get another box of this please? She looked at me and says , whatever you see that's all we have in a very rude and impolite manner. With her attitude, honestly I wouldn't want to shop here again. Someone needs to address this issue. Cannot be that disrespectful to customers. Overall great product, cashier was friendly.??
