★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is very helpful and friendly. They got all the products I was looking for and even gave me some advice. The prices are just as any other Sally. There’s plenty parking spaces in the shopping centre. I got some promo codes from the Sallys website and I got 25% discount!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE !!! They say they have curbside out won't pick up their phones & if they do they hang up. I show up the store & the lady I'm guessing that is a manager shut the door in my face & refused to be able to at least help with an order for the next day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent customer service. Yesterday when I was browsing in the store I needed help but the associate had a huge rush of customers. She took the time to address me saying she would be with me asap & even came to seek me out in the store to make sure my questions were answered. I love going to this Sally's! I always get friendly smiles & greetings as soon as I walk in, right up to when I exit. I would definitely recommend this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My nail polish is from Dollarama but the base coat, artistic golden paint, and top coat are all from Sally. I loved the place but honestly I saw less variety of nail paints than what I saw on online store linked with Sally Beauty Instagram account. Also somehow this store's rates are higher than online store rates. The thing I hated is that the store staff made face when I was being honest about the cost of some brushes was way too high. Worst of all when I asked I wanted some striping polish she misguided saying these days no one buys it so we have just 4-5 of these colors! I checked so many available in online store of Sally and now I can't buy them ?? anyway, if you are visiting this branch, I would say choose products online for their availability rather than asking the staff. And one more thing is that you don't have any testers so anyway it is better to buy online.
