m	maria maria on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went to the pharmacy yesterday, I think there is a new pharmacy assistant there I don't like the way she deals with client, like bossy type, even there is one guy asking her something but she dont bother to look even she looking for some medicine in front of counter just to recognized the guy the she heared him. Very rude I know they are all busy but at least pls. say something. Thats why the guy got upset to her too. The other lady she was very polite and very welcoming to assist even she is busy her name is Mary, you can see her eyes she is very polite young woman. But the other oh sorry that you hired her. Next time if I will make sure I will read her name on the name plate. But I hope she not there once I come!
D	Darryl Gomm on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came to get a prescription filled, the ER doc had made a mistake. When I provided them with a phone number and fax number they refused to contact the doc and told me to return to the ER with my sick 6 year old daughter! Will never shop here again!
c	caloow on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid this drug mart when you can. Only cashier works during busiest hours. The line is too long. When I requested the manager who was working in the evening he told me they don’t want hire cashiers and can call the head office. Look like they’re pushing customers to use autopay that only cards. The Philippina lady who works there in the evening is overworked and properly under paid. They need to empower local managers to make decisions. I hope this is not systematic racism from the head office because this shoppers is located con ghetto neighborhood.
m	mel d on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i just cant with this location: because of frequent incompetence, i’ve changed pharmacies. last 5 visits: made a mistake on a repeated prescription for the last 2 years. today, not only got the wrong brand, got the wrong dosage. is it that hard to do your job: my account has specific notes on it too, AND maybe you follow my Doctor’s prescription pad? just a thought, but what do i know? i don’t get paid that much to do my job incorrectly
T	TIL S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This review is for the Shoppers Drug Mart at 1597 Wison Ave. The pharmacy team at this location is impossible to reach by phone. Trying to refill your perscription has become a nightmare. If you try to use the automated system you are given a date that is a few days out. If you need your perscription sooner you must speak to the pharmacy team, but no one answers the phone and you are continually looped back into the automated system. Customers need to be able to reach their pharmacists! They are an important part of an individual's health care team. A person may have questions relating to a perscription. Does the College of Pharmacists have a code of ethics? If yes, the lack of response to customers calling in with pharmacy questions must border on the unethical side. The Shoppers Head Office needs to launch an investigation of this location. Perhaps the pharmacy team needs training on how to respond to customers.
a	anna bella on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sale items never in stock, like no name bathroom tissue and paper towel, no name butter and eggs ,if you go in the morning the workers will tell you the shipment comes afternoon and when you go afternoon it’s always they had it in the morning. This is the game that they are playing with customers. Just want to know why they advertised is at all?
T	TJ “TJ” S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On Tuesday (January 11, 2022) around 9:40AM...I came inside to buy something, which I finally found what I wanted, since I couldn't find it anywhere else. I also went to see if I could find the Vaseline (Rosy Lips) Lip Therapy...couldn't find it...but I had the one item that I was happy to purchase. But...when I was there...I witness this Caucasian Pharmacist with an European accent, which btw I like people with accents, but this guy was not respectful to the Asian women customer. He also was rude to the other customer, who was a man. His tone of voice, his demeanor, and his body language says it all. He was literally being downright a bully, a narcissist, and a racially discriminated sociopath. I didn't have time to witness him berating customers...because I needed to be at my dentist appointment for 9:50AM. So I quickly use the self-checkout machine and bought my (Blue Magic Curl Activator Gel) and left the store. But I am surprised he still works at this pharmacy. Thank God...I have a Shoppers Drug Mart (Weston/Lawrence) close to home where the pharmacist has good manners, polite, and keeps it 100% professional.
