★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not sure if phone number is no longer in service, no one works here or just doesn't care to answer their phone. Tried four different times to call since the location opened and it just keeps going to a "off the hook" tone. Pretty awful. I'll be taking my business else where that actually wants customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came in to get bleach and toner/developer to lighten my hair and dye pink. The blonde girl with the face tattoo was super helpful with suggestions and recommendations. I also like the selection and prices, they have a great selection. I signed up for the membership card cause I will definitely be getting lots more hair and nail supplies there

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ staff are super helpful at this location. the day time manager doesn't seem happy to be there. asking questions about product availability is like pulling teeth. phone rings busy constantly, or receive a fax dialtone. so 2 stars it is, thanks to the helpful staff only!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff are very helpful and immediately asked what I required assistance with but they need to stock more nail art supplies. Also, the prices are ridiculously expensive. The same nail polish brand is half the price at the Shoppers next door. They offer a loyalty program to get slight discounts on their products and it costs $5 and you receive a $5 coupon in your email to spend next time you go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff were all amazing! Was trying to do the difficult task of dying some Bellami extensions I had purchased online that turned out to be too light to match my natural hair. Matching blonde hair is difficult to begin with and when it's extensions you are trying to dye and you have no idea what was done to the hair before it is near impossible. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and kept helping me until I got it right. Thank you guys so so much for all your help. You have no idea how much I appreciate it! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m super pleased with this location. It’s been difficult finding products that cater to kinky hair textures on this side of the city, but this Sally’s did not disappoint! I was pretty shocked at the selection they have so far and was informed that they will be getting more inventory. The pricing of a lot of the items are fare and lower than what I’ve seen at the African beauty supply. Customer service is excellent and I appreciate that the cashier had knowledge of the items I was seeking. I’ll definitely be frequenting this location!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store seems to only have 1 phone line which makes it ridiculously difficult to get through to order for curb-side pick up. I stood at the door behind the current customers continuously trying to get through on the phone while other people snagged the line and were able to order as I stood there waiting more than 10 minutes. After I was finally able to order, staff makes you tap your payment card through their outside window which they don’t sanitize at ALL.

Super helpful, not in a rush answered all my questions.
Not sure who trained these staff, but they were all awesome.
This location is what customer Service is all about ?
Very impressed will be going back to this location even if I live in Sherwood Park , worth the extra drive .
