I have been constantly ordering food from this place, the food tastes DELICIOUS, portions are very generous, very healthy and tasty, well packed and on time delivery.
Anything you order from this place you’ll not be disappointed, highly recommend this restaurant for anyone who loves delicious afghani food!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been coming to Salang for over 5 years, and it has always been consistently delicious! Everything is always fresh, and the kebabs are juicy. The rice is to die for. This is our go-to restaurant and we never seem to get tired of it.
The staff (Geet and Nouran) are friendly and go out of their way to make the experience pleasurable.

We went to Ottawa to visit a friend and we ended up going here for lunch because a place we wanted to go was still closed, what a stroke of goodness!
From sitting us down, to bringing us water, soup, salad, and our entrees, I am throughly satisfied.
We ordered, chicken shami, mixed shami, chicken tandoori, chicken drumstick, and lamb choppan! We all loved our meals. The lentil soup was amazing and the salad well balanced.
All our meals came out on time and together, hit and sizzling. I was very happy with the service and will hope to return when we visit Ottawa again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a small get together there. Nice, cozy and friendly atmosphere. Food is very delicious. I took a lamb shank with nun which seems one of their best items. It really is delicious.
I would like to visit again if I can.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing, juicy meat with tangy sauce - I found where all the locals go! It’s very busy here with locals. The flavour profile has a lot of depth, the meat was tender too. I don’t eat middle eastern food a lot besides shawarma so this is my go to now.
Family platter was very good- I did takeout and they have parking too.
Eggplant korma was so good, loved the bread.
Will be back for the highly acclaimed lamb dish.
