L	Linda R on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My daughter recently miscarried....communication was horrible...they had ultrasound results and didn't bother to call to advise the status leaving my daughter hanging. A friend of ours who works in the field had made contact with Renaissance after hours to perhaps have them call my daughter. She then did receive a call only to be told "there's nothing there" and followed by berating her for having our friend contact her after hours (shortly after 5pm). If they had done their job properly at 4pm when my daughter called, there would have been no need for an after hours call. The fact that this woman (Annie) treated my daughter like this after losing a baby is mind boggling, and unprofessional to say the least. This woman just lost a baby and to be treated in such a manner is disgusting.
N	Niki H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are high risk, 35+ or even someone who is looking for personalized care, then DO NOT put yourself and your baby at risk by choosing this clinic to handle your pregnancy. Not sure how they were before COVID, but during this pandemic you will not get the care that you deserve. Appointments will be spaced out 6-8 weeks in first and second trimesters and ALOT can happen during that time. I had a late term miscarriage as a result of this negligence. My blood pressure wasn’t checked, my urine wasn’t checked and when I would call and inquire they were slow to respond or just brush my concerns off. Although the care I received after my baby died was amazing, I don’t think one should have to wait that long to receive adequate care. I DO NOT recommend. Please do yourself a favor and find a qualified OBGYN. You’ve been warned. (This is for the location in Niagara Falls).
R	Rachel Theriault on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Post-pardum care by the student was excellent, that was about my only positive experience. I had fallen at 39+6 weeks pregnant and i called in and was told over the phone baby was fine despite me letting Annie know i was cramping and i had pressure in my tailbone requesting to be checked or if i could go in for a non stress test. I ended up having him the next morning barley making it to the hospital in time. I wish i would have advocated for myself more and gone to the hospital to be checked instead of staying at home in pain and in tears. I had Annie for most of my visits and it really made me dread going in. Sarcastic and no bedside manner. It made me feel very uncomfortable. I will be seeing an obgyn for future pregnancies.
K	Karli Laycock on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm pregnant with my third child it's my first girl and I had had a horrible ob who had with my previous pregnancy but this time around he was horrible and rude I have wanted a midwife for so long and I finally got accepted to this amazing clinic let me tell you how amazing these woman are so caring and give you so much information and tool to research I have never felt more safe and received the most care I will never want an ob if you ever want an amazing experience please come here you will not be disappointed thank you girl.for everything once my pregnancy is over I will miss you love team B ?
A	Amelia Groszeibl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am not one to ever share reviews but my experience was so pretty horrible. I found one of my midwives very condescending. I dreaded any appointments with her. I was refused to be induced until I was well past my due date. In the end I needed a c-section which was my worst fear. I wish I was induced sooner. I will be going with an OB or another midwife clinic with my next baby. That being said I really loved the student who worked with me throughout the whole process. She was very informative and seemed to genuinely care. My partner and I also really loved Hannah, unfortunately most my appointments weren’t with her but she is very kind and helpful. I have a lot more to say but I’ll leave it at that.
