★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I suppose there's one thing hard at work here: my tax dollars. Their phone was programmed to go straight to voice mail when I called for help (several times). Not only did they did never answer, but they have not returned my call two days later- contrary to their pledge: " If you require help please call us and we will call you back within the same business day."

I was represented by Shannon mchughes for landlord tenant matter, when court date arrived she was not ready at all, her communication was terrible throughout the whole thing, she wasn't prepared, myself and my son did all of the footwork that she got paid for.
