★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience and very, extremely likely I'll never return or recommend them. It took over 2 months for my order to ship for starters. Then it took me harrassing them for a week plus via email with no response. I only got a response when I messaged them on all their social media platforms. Then, my order doesn't get delivered to my house, even though I paid almost $32 in shipping. I had to drive 35 min one way most to pick it up. And then to top it off, when I opened my package, the hardener had leaked all over the packaging, both inside and out, and was all over the box. It was extremely clear it was the hardener that leaked as there was a substantial amount of product missing compaired to the resin itself. I've sent an email with photos of the damaged product, but based on how difficult it was to get anyone to respond to me, I'm not hopeful for a good resolution. I've spoken with a few other resin artists who have all said they experienced problems, one of which even started his own distribution of the resin because of how much problems he had with Sage Distribution.
Should the company do something to rectify the situation, I will update this review.
