Le service a été desagréable et expéditif. There are beautiful quality items, however there is a lack of choice for men's document holders. The service was unpleasant and expeditious.

Pour des raisons personnelles, un sac rigide serait plus convenable. A deux reprises , je me suis présentée à la boutique mais celle-ci était fermée. Par la suite, j ‘ai appelé pour m’assurer de l’ouverture de la boutique,. Mais, pas de réponse lors de mon appel. J’ai laisse un message expliquant la situation et demandant la possibilité de faire un échange pour un sac plus rigide peu importe le montant. Je rappelle donc pour y retourner et m’assurer que le magasin est ouvert après 17:00. Vu les rénovations de la ruez Laurier, je préfère aussi vérifier la disponibilité de la boutique. On m’a alors immédiatement répliqué de façon arrogante et sans aucune délicatesse que l’échange était refusé , et que j’avais pris trop de temps à réclamer un échange et, ce sans me demander la date exacte de l’achat À ces propos ,j ’ai réexpliqué que je m’étais déplacée à deux reprises, que j’avais téléphoné et qu’il s’agissait d’un cadeau et que je voulais simplement vérifier les autres sacs rigide. L’arrogance du responsable ne cessait pas d’augmenter et d’être agressive sans raison. Il ne voulait pas écouter mes explications.Son attitude était bien différente de celle durant l’achat. Maintenant, je sais où aller pour l’achat de valises ou sacs de voyage Chez Grimard sur Besubien. Service très professionnel et courtois. Je pense que tout.client a le droit d’etre bien reçu et la Saccoche n’a pas cette vision. Les commentaires sont de la mère de L. Thiffault. Merci I would like to make some comments regarding the customer service at this store. I bought a $ 500 soft fabric weekend bag. For personal reasons, a rigid bag would be more suitable. On two occasions, I went to the shop but it was closed. Afterwards, I called to make sure the store was open. But, no answer during my call. I left a message explaining the situation and asking for the possibility of exchanging for a stiffer bag regardless of the amount. So I call back to go back and make sure the store is open after 5:00 p.m. Considering the renovations of ruez Laurier, I also prefer to check the availability of the store. I was then immediately replied in an arrogant manner and without any delicacy that the exchange was refused, and that I had taken too long to claim an exchange and, without asking me the exact date of the purchase. Speaking of which, I explained again that I had traveled twice, that I had called and that it was a gift and that I just wanted to check the other rigid bags. The arrogance of the manager kept increasing and being aggressive for no reason. He didn’t want to listen to my explanations. His attitude was quite different from the one during the purchase. Now, I know where to go to buy Chez Grimard suitcases or travel bags in Besubien. Very professional and courteous service. Moi j'y retourne chaque fois que j'ai besoin d'un article voyage. Excellent service, the lady responded very well to my young son's needs, they have very good quality items that I have had for many years. I go back there whenever I need a travel article.

Lorsque je suis retournée au magasin, en février 2021, pour un échange, car j’ai constaté un défaut de fabrication, on a refusé et on m’a dit que j’avais mis trop de temps pour une réclamation, et ce, sur un ton désagréable et expéditif. Je ne peux passer sous silence un tel comportement. Les magasins venaient de rouvrir en raison du COVID. Les deux fois que je suis allée dans cette boutique, il n’y avait pas de clients. Endroit à ÉVITER. I bought a wallet on December 16, 2020 with a 5 year warranty. When I returned to the store, in February 2021, for an exchange, because I noticed a manufacturing defect, they refused and I was told that I had taken too long to make a complaint, on an unpleasant and expeditious tone. I cannot ignore such behavior. The stores had just reopened due to COVID. The two times I went to this store, there were no customers. Place to AVOID.

While considering buying a $320 backpack, my questions regarding any zipper guarantees seemed only to irritate the man serving me. I purchased a suitcase here several months ago, but I will never return, they were just rude.
