Employees really need to learn about customer service.
As they don’t know how to greet a customer, serve them, or to help if they cant find something on their own. I was unable to find something ,. I thought i can ask the cashier but she was busy on her phone and I couldn’t get a chance to ask her anything until she almost threw my heavy groceries on the top of light items upon asking for a bag.
Like didi, at least keep your phone away for a moment while checking out your customer.
A big noooo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They really need to learn about customer service, like how can you be so ignorant towards your customer.. while taking the customers at least say hi, that lady who served us today really needed to learn some customer service.. didn’t say hi, didn’t ask if a bag is needed etc.
like if you are interested in helping then why r u even working there.
Most of the stuff is expired there or about to in a day or 2.
Really not worth goin there and wasting your money on expired products.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The shop has great options but what I noticed yesterday is that it mostly had expired products example : rasagula tins, parachute oil bottles. And I even told the shop people this,that’s when they started pulling out expired products. Kindly check the dates before you purchase. This pickle bottle I picked accidentally without the date check , it’s expired too ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lots of variety! Also, found some gluten free snacks and the produce section was a very popular place to be as there were many customers. If you've got anxiety about crowding there's kind of limited space around the doorway and cash area.. Otherwise the prices were comparable and I got lots to fill the pantry with!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have stopped going here.. the customer service is not that great, but the last straw was these cherries I bought. The top part of the bag was filled with good cherries, but the rest looked like this, so I had to throw most of it out. Almost seemed like it was arranged that way on purpose? I let the store know through their Facebook page and instead of an apology or trying to make it right, they just deleted the comment

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are in Victoria and we went to sabji Mandi last Sunday to get some Indian groceries. After coming home we casually checked the expiry date of a biscuit that we got (Britannia treat cream biscuits) and to our shock the biscuit was already expired the date was October 5,2021. We consumed few biscuits by that time. Yesterday I took the yippee noodles that I got from them and I verified the expiry date and it shook us because the noodles was also expired. The date was oct 5 2021. We have our credit card receipts for verification too!
