★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been shopping at Man Lee for 20 years [since their previous Terminal Park Mall location!] and I still find new things to try when I go there! I love just wandering through the whole store and finding fun new foods to experiment with. It's an absolute pleasure to shop here.
Their ramen/instant noodle collection is HUGE, good fresh produce, snacks and candies abound.
There's also lots of non-food treasures hiding around! Clothing, accessories, jewelry, chopsticks, etc.
Basil, the owner, is fantastic. He's always happy to answer any questions I have, he's very knowledgeable about the things he stocks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be aware the expire date on their product. I bought the noodle that expired for almost 2 years and they refused to refund. They explained that is “best before date” and safe to eat. Do you know you’re against the law for not to refund and selling expired food?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good to have an Asian store in Nanaimo Not a lot of options compared to TNT. A small selection of fresh veggies. It's better than not having Asian options at all.
There are some vegan meat options.
