★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most disrespectful place ever. Got sworn at told I was useless. Guy also laughed and told me it was bullsh** that I had never been there before. Will not recommend your services to anyone or require them again. Should probably train your employes to greet customers not tell them they are useless and insult them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WENT TO RENT OUT A STEP DECK, IT DINT HAD RISERS WITH IT WHICH IS FINE, THEREFORE I REQUESTED TO CHANGE TRAILER TO HI-BOY. AS A RENTAL PLACE AT 2PM THEY TOLD ME TO COME NEXT DAY AT 8AM AND WASTED MY AND MY DRIVERS FULL DAY(THEY DIDN'T TAKE EXTRA 10 MINUTES TO SWAP TRAILER)
NEXT DAY I GOT BUSY WITH CUSTOMERS AS WE DONT TREAT CUSTOMERS LIKE S&S AND I WENT THERE 10AM AND GUY QUESTIONED ME YOU WERE TOLD TO COME AT 8AM AND I EXPLAINED. AND I REQUESTED HEY, I WANT THE RENT TO BE STARTED AS OF TODAY SINCE I DIDN'T GET THE TRAILER YESTERDAY. THEY TOLD ME NO AND I HAVE TO BE PAYING RENT FROM YESTERDAY. I ALSO TOLD OWNER THAT YOUR STAFF WAS RUDE YESTERDAY WHICH IS BACKED UP BY REVIEWS AND I WAS TOLD THAT I AM PLAYING GAMES AND FINALLY EVEN TOLD YOU CAN HAVE YOUR MONEY BACK AND I GOT MONEY BACK AND GOT RENTAL FROM DIFFERENT PLACE. THERE WAS MORE TO IT BUT IN GENERAL THESE GUYS REALLY NEED TO WORK ON THE WAY THEY TALK TO CUSTOMERS
