Virtex Farm Foods began with our group of farmers from Virtex Grain Exchange and new farmer shareholders for a Value-added venture to have their canola processed and profit from the sale of oil. We are now over 100 strong and welcome new shareholders to join. Virtex Farm Foods Ltd. is part of Virtex Group of Companies including Virtex Grain Exchange, and North Prairie Family Farms.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mes sympaties les actionnaires !!!!!! on nous a u tous ,nous qui pension qu'une compagnie Canadienne comme Bioexx avait un potentiel inportant. Mais comme dans plusieurs type d'entreprise ,la facilité financiere est toujour présente. Il est triste de voir le peut de respect aux actionnaires dans cet histoire de gros sous et les lois qui ne sont pas plus responsables.
Je repense a tous mes placements et je doit dire que ce type de fraude est de plus en plus frequent dans toute industrie.

 My sympathies the shareholders !!!!!! we were u all of us who thought that a canadian company like bioexx had inportant potential. But as in many types of companies, the financial facility is still present. It is sad to see the respect of shareholders in this big money story and the laws that are no more responsible.
I think back to all my investments and I must say that this type of fraud is becoming more and more common in any industry.
