2 years in a row we booked an appointment at rust check on Hartzel road St. Cathareins and 2 years in a row we show up and the place is closed! We call the owner and he lies and told use he called us to reschedule the appointment. T
here are no call logs or voicemail from the owner, he is outright lying. The first time we figured maybe we did miss the call, but 2 years in a row now tells me this is a common thing with this owner.
We spoke to rustcheck head office about this and they don't care that a owner of their franchise treats their customers like this. Due to this I would never spend another dime in any rust check ever again!
