He took pride in the quality of his work, was honest from the start about some of the challenges he might encounter, solved problems as he went along, and made sure I was happy with all aspects of the install before he left. Highly recommended!

S	Sadie Webster on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scheduled initially (through Lowe's) between 12 pm to 2 pm and they were a no-show. No word from ProInstallers so I reached out to be told it was "overlooked". We eventually rescheduled after an uncomfortable conversation. When they arrived to the second appointment they arrived with damaged carpet that could not be installed. Thankfully Lowe's had more carpet and the install was only delayed a few hours. The end product is fine. The carpet was quickly installed by two, friendly contractors. Not sure if the problem is ProInstallers, Lowe's or too many people organizing the same project. While the end result is what we hoped for it was a thoroughly frustrating experience to get what we contracted. Lowe's offered a discount. ProInstallers did not.

From the initial contact, to having the measurements done and then on to installing it was all very professional. The actual install was very well done - the seaming that was required (minimal due to very good measurements and planning) is near invisible. All in all a very good experience. Thanks - Proinstallers Team.

We didn't end up buying enough flooring but I was able to get the boxes necessary and they waited and were still able to complete the job in one day. It looks incredible, all the details are excellent. I would recommend this service to anyone.
C	Chuck Stanton on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We purchase a new vinyl floor from Lowe’s and installation as a total package The installation team was solid, 2 guys who installed the new vinyl flooring over the existing hardwood and ceramic tile on our main floor There were a few bumps along the way, it took 2+ weeks from when the individual came to measure our flooring requirements to finally receiving their quote, initially was told this would be 2 or 3 business days...interestingly once we got the quote our install appointment was booked a few days later There was another gap in communication between Lowe’s, the measurement company, and the installation company...the guys doing the installation seemed surprised that we needed to create a transition from the hardwood to the tile in the kitchen?? Overall the installation looks great and the floor is awesome I would be very comfortable recommending Pro Installers for your next flooring job

The day after I wrote my review Lowe’s and ProInstallers Inc. reached out to me to rectify the problem. They had an installer here first thing this morning. The crew were professional, courteous and true craftsman to their art. Would I recommend them? Any day of the week. They did a beautiful job. The Installation Mgr also followed up to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction. I also wanted to give a shout out to my Sales Associate, Jeremy, he was great right from the start and he did everything he could to help fix the problem. I wish it hadn’t gone to where it did, but I have to give kudos to Lowe’s and ProInstallers for fixing it so quickly.
