★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Après avoir acheté une botte d'hiver qui s'est avérée de piètre qualité malgré ses prétentions, nous nous sommes présentés à la succursale Globo de Rosemère afin d'avoir la chance d'échanger cet achat onéreux qui ne remplissait pas ses promesses.
La gérante, une française déplaisante, pédante et impolie nous a vertement enguirlandé et refusait net l'échange demandé. Impolie au point où elle a poussé l'effronterie jusqu'à nous demander d'arrêter de discuter ensemble, nous-mêmes et d'autres clients qui étaient assommés par son attitude. Du jamais vu!
C'était finalement comme un ''Karen Situation'' mais à l'envers!!! La française s'est donnée en spectacle devant la clientèle, sans se ménager c'était à jeter par terre!
Tellement ahurissant qu'on est allé à la rencontre des employées présentes, très gentilles faut-il le mentionner, pour nous assurer qu'elles étaient bien traitées.
Bref, après avoir monté le ton, l'échange a pu être conclu mais My God! Quel champ de bataille!
C'était la dernière fois chez Rubino.
 After buying a winter boot that turned out to be of poor quality despite its claims, we went to the Globo branch in Rosemère to have the chance to exchange this expensive purchase that did not fulfill its promises.
The manager, an unpleasant, pedantic and impolite Frenchwoman, roundly scolded us and flatly refused the requested exchange. Rude to the point where she went so far as to ask us to stop chatting together, ourselves and other customers who were stunned by her attitude. Never seen!
It was finally like a ''Karen Situation'' but in reverse!!! The French gave a show in front of the customers, without sparing it was to throw on the ground!
So amazing that we went to meet the employees present, very nice it must be mentioned, to make sure that they were well treated.
In short, after raising the tone, the exchange could be concluded but My God! What a battlefield!
It was the last time at Rubino's.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J’ai acheté des souliers Lacoste et je les ai mis juste une heure, comme je n’étais pas à l’aise, j’ai demandé à ma femme d’aller au magasin pour le retourner. Là ! Incroyable, la personne a refusé de me rembourser d’une mauvaise humeur sous prétexte que je l’avais porté ! Comment peut-on savoir si un soulier est confortable sans le porter.
C’est vraiment inacceptable et je n’irai plus jamais chez Rubino. Vous avez perdu un client fidèle et il y en aura bcp d’autres.
I bought some Lacoste shoes and put them on for just an hour, as I was uncomfortable, asked my wife to go to the store to return it. The ! Unbelievable, the person refused to reimburse me in a bad mood because I had worn it! How do you know if a shoe is comfortable without wearing it?
This is really unacceptable and I will never go to Rubino again. You have lost a loyal customer and there will be many more.
