★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very positive experience by every measure! Crosby promptly responded to my emailed 'newbie hobbyist' questions. When I visited the studio for the first time, he gave me an orientation to the huge selection of stained glass, tools and related products they carry. I enjoyed the process of selecting glass for my project and he showed me how to cut the more challenging pieces. I left with everything I needed, including inspiration.
One additional note. If you're looking for a unique way to add 'statement beauty' to your home, Rubaiyat sells and custom-frames stunning pieces of art glass.
