★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a flood from the top floor, through our main floor and into the basement. Royston group was used by our insurance company for emergency clean up and we had the option to use them to manage the restoration. As our kitchen area had to be partially gutted we decided on extra renovations at the same time. Despite the Covid-19 pandemic, they helped organize the restoration in a safe manner, were incredibly respectful, while getting the job done. In any major restoration job you can anticipate hiccups along the way - we were delighted that everything went according to plan and was done properly without short cuts Awesome subcontractors - Steve (drywall and repairs) and Paul (flooring) did a fantastic job. We were thrilled with the end result - thank you, and would highly recommend.
