S	Steven Patterson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Majority of the time staying in the apartment run by formula 1 I was unable to contact them or the landlord for answers to concerns or my concerns were dismissed without a thought. We had roaches for a few months while staying there and minimal effort was put forth by formula 1 to rectify the situation. I was extremely unhappy with service and communication through the the entire process.

When there have been issues with my rental, I call the office immediately and the ladies are very quick to have the appropriate repair person come out to look after the problem. I would highly recommend this rental management company to anyone. Thank you for doing such an AMAZING job ladies!

Not only that but the room my daughter was in had mild everywhere, rain and snow always leaked into the house. We informed them of all the issues we were having and finally my husband said if they bought the drywall he would fix our daughters room. Not even 2 days after that they told us to move but would help find another rental from them, they lied. They are not friendly and very rude as well as lie to their tenants. Bad place to rent from or even deal with.
