★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very professional and accommodating. They were quick to book and around my schedule. I had a big experience at this place when I came in with my car. The general manager took time out of his day to even speak with me to make sure I’m taken care of and happy, even with a busy schedule. He take care of his customers and truly wants them to always leave happy. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. Check in was fast and simple.. I'm pleased and would come back for service again for sure.

I called from another province to try to line up repairs for my daughter's boyfriend when his car was damaged and left undrivable during a trip across country. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brett their mechanic worked on my sons truck doing the starter and ring gear and the service was second to none. Service was done promptly and was done at a price that was way better than any other shop in town. Definitely the place to take your car or truck for repair.

We were driving from Victoria to Ontario when our belly pan essentially committed suicide on Highway 1. A local helped us out massively by linking us up with Brett. He saw us as soon as possible and we were patched up within an hour. I couldn't believe how little he charged us either.
Brett turned a super stressful situation around so quickly with what's easily the best service experience I've ever had at a mechanic. 1st Choice should truly be your first choice!

Honesty: Brett was transparent in cost, I witnessed him making calls to various suppliers to provide best price available for my parts.
Knowledge: Diagnosed my problem instantly from where I parked upon arrival and explained my situation clearly and what to expect.
Speedy Service: My Jeep was ready as agreed and much faster than I expected given the degree of work involved.
Above all else the customer service I received made me feel that not only were they concerned about my vehicle, but they cared about my whole experience by taking the time to provide directions to a campground nearby. Explaining to my father by telephone what costs and repairs were needed. They made an unfortunate situation tolerable and can’t thank them enough.
