★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I have tried to deal with this parts supplier multiple times. The people at the counter are completely indifferent to any type of customer service. They are uninterested in helping look up parts for vehicles or locate stock. We end up having to source it out on the NAPA website and order it into the store before the will deal with it. Especially when it comes to import automobiles such as Hyundai's or Audi's. They're standard response is time and time again... you'll have to get it from the dealer because it's unavailable.... yet the NAPA at any other city can find the parts easily.
