★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We got a flat tire while driving by Kal-Tire in Swift Current, SK. It was 4:45 p.m. on a Tuesday and their website says they are open until 6:00 p.m. They would not change our tire for us because they said they did not have enough man power to do so. All of the bay garage doors were open and there were no vehicles in the bays. They suggested we leave out vehicle over night and they could do it in the morning. We live out of town and we had to put our own spare tire on while parked in their parking lot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in for a full wheel alignment and balance and it took them an hour and a half just to balance my wheels and tell me I needed some parts to do the alignment so they couldn’t do it. Didn’t help that the lady at the counter is rude and condescending. Probably won’t be coming back for an alignment next time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We blew a tire outside Swift Current on our way to Vancouver. We were on a deadline but they got us back on the road in a couple of hours.
D'Arcy was an especially helpful and knowledgable mechanic who explained everything to us and gave us a bunch of advice about future precautions.
Highly recommended.
