My doctor is good, however the doctors reception has one woman who is: - consistently rude - demonstrates very poor customer service skills - shows little regard for the patient If I experience this again - I will sadly, but rightly make a formal complaint.

If you are going to work in healthcare dealing with the public and people who are experiencing health issues, it would be a good idea to show some empathy, compassion and not treat people as if they were an inconvenience. I highly recommend the owners of Royal Health Centre re-evaluate their front desk staff, considering they are the first face that patients see upon arrival.

During my years in Canada I never had such a great experience with family doctor, she follows up immediately with patients about their results. This never happened to me before. I wish her to keep this up for years . Patients will appreciate it and will be grateful to her

Everyone I have ever seen here has been top notch: Dr Johnson, Dr. Kaliazina, Dr. Nebiolo (optometrist), Catherine in massage therapy and Matthew Lee in physiotherapy. Matthew is a standout. He completely healed me from a couple unfortunate injuries. And even when I didn't know where my pain was coming from, he understood and made everything right again. I was also impressed by every nurse I met in the lab but I didn't record their names. The staff at Royal Health Care Centre are always able to squeeze me in when I need urgent advice. The front desk staff are always busy (for good reason) but also very efficient.
A	Alan Davies on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Kaliazina is an excellent family doctor: caring & knowledgeable and didn’t guilt me too much about my past poor self-care. Yes the ladies on the front desk are a little frosty but that’s a minor detail. Walk-in blood tests without appointment before 1pm.

My family doctor there does not spend a lot of time chatting, which some patients would prefer, but he is knowledgeable, gets to the point, and over these years, has been very effective in ensuring I get all the care I need, when I need it. The physiotherapists are great, and the foot specialist cured my foot problems. The practice runs efficiently - I have never had to wait more than 10-15 minutes. All good.

I love Dr. Bukmus, and I know these are difficult times and I am trying to be understanding, but this particular person chose to argue instead of try to help. Sad. I will avoid this place as best I can.
