★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We took our Maltese and she came home with two paws bleeding. Do not get them to dremel your dog’s nails. One toe pad is still bleeding 5 days later and is resistive to go on walks. Be careful!

I have never had such a great experience at a groomers, the staff is amazing, super friendly and they understood everything I asked them from them. They took extra time to get my little guy comfortable and they even made me a video for his first time grooming!!! I love it, 100% found my forever groomer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been goung to Royal Groomers regularly for a year. My dog had developed some matts and I asked if they could comb them out versus shaving my dog. They said yes. She was mostly matted on her paws and around her neck. They said there would be an extra charge for dematting which is pretty standard. I asked that they just trim one inch off of her. Throughout the day there was very little communication from the groomer about when I could pick her up. When they were finally done, they had shaved her chest and belly which were not previously matted at all and they cut her fur down to 1 inch PLUS they charged me $400 her normal grooming charge is 80!!! I was shocked.
