I was actually pleasantly surprised to be able to see my beloved Chewie the Weiner dog get his nails clipped as I waited as I made his appointment on the fly one day and they were able to accommodate us before they closed. Pricing was VERY reasonable and I love to support and be loyal to great locally run businesses. Chewie and I will definitely be back!

Numerous voicemails with no response and a constant “we’re too busy to deal with you” is just unacceptable. We can all appreciate some businesses are very busy and we’re rooting for them, but a simple returned call and professional rapport with existing and loyal customers does go a long way. That just isn’t the case anymore. That said, the groomers at Shaggy To Chic are amazing! It’s too bad the front of the house has to create such a bad experience.

The groomers do a wonderful job and are very careful with the dogs. All the staff obviously care a lot about the dogs that come into their shop. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone. Keep up the great work!!

I have been welcomed with open arms! Every groomer cares so much about all the animals and always puts the dogs needs above their own. So happy to work here.

We decided to bring her in to Shaggy to Chic, because we weren't getting far giving her a bath on our own. Everyone was friendly, our pup went in and came out with her tail wagging, and although she was nervous, I saw how comforting the groomers were towards her when they brought her in! Efficient service, our dog smelled great, and they put in some extra time to share some deshedding tips, which has made a world of difference for her coat. Very pleased with the service, and we'll be bringing both dogs in for baths and grooming in the future!
L	Leah Roubekas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH THE NEW OWNER! I believe the new owner's name at Shaggy to Chic is Vivian. I am posting this review to also state my utter disappointment with this new owner. Robert (the previous owner) was absolutely amazing. I have brought my dogs to this establishment for over 8 years. This new owner is nasty and doesn't care about customer loyalty, nor the concerns I had when I brought my dog in last for her grooming. She came home with a scissor cut under her armpit. When I called and voiced my concern, she did not believe me. She asked me to bring my dog in - but wasn't willing to take any responsibility. Therefore I didn't see the point in bringing Willow back to show them because I was met with haste. When I called the other day to book Willow back in for another grooming - all I asked was that Willow not be booked with the same groomer. I got push back and an attitude. When I asked why should could not accommodate my request (please know I have never ever had any issues with them previously before HER), all she said was all my groomers groom the same... then I was told "When you buy the shop, you can make the decisions". Yup. Really nice. She is terrible. Sadly, I won't be back after all these years. :( I'm going to open my own dog grooming business. Let me know if you need a new place for your pooch to go to and where you won't be treated like dog poop.
