★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We love the Balanced Bark for our dog! Staff are friendly and professional and go the extra mile to ensure our guy is well looked after. Ginette is a dog expert and has helped us with training. She loves animals and it shows in how the business is run - with fur babies at its core. Max did a fantastic job grooming Zeus. Despite all the matting on him she was able to leave his fur somewhat long. He’s looks awesome, and he knows it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At the recommendation of the manager of another dog daycare, I brought my 9 month old incorrigible Bernese Mountain Dog puppy to The Balanced Bark. Jack and I (mostly I) needed a lot of help and guidance.The staff is wonderful. Ginette (the owner) did some training in our home and has been extremely helpful and at the same time comforting ever since. Her knowledge and expertise are remarkable. Liz is also so helpful and kind with a great sense of humor! I have owned many dogs in my lifetime, but I have never had a challenge like this. I recommend The Balanced Bark wholeheartedly. They certainly go the extra mile!

Our pup has never looked (or smelled) better! And she is so soft. Thank you Melanie and the whole team at Balanced Bark.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a terrible experience here. After advising that I would not have a dog to attend any longer she would not provide me with a refund on the 10 day pass. She was verbally aggressive and forceful with the dogs and it doesn’t seem like they get much time to play or run outside.
Please consider going elsewhere for your daycare needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is amazing. 5 star service and care for our pet Sam, and us. I have a 13 week puppy American cocker spaniel that needed some beginning training. Ginette the dog trainer and Owner of The Balanced Bark came to our home on first sight we all knew we had the right person for the task of not just our dog but us too. Ginette taught Sam and us a training technique to have better control of our dog, only she uses this with the dogs in her care. We now take our walks on the walking paths and pass people and dogs, no barking or jerking on the leash WOW our dog is in training. AMAZING TRAINER FOR DOGS. This technique is a miracle. The staff are all so kind and helpful and the owner we can't say enough great things about her and we tell all our friends with dogs about her. This is really the go to place for excellent service, professionalism and the real feeling of family for your dog. Thanks Balanced Bark

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been using the Balanced Bark for our dog Zoey since it’s inception. The staff at this fine establishment is fantastic, and in particular Ginette and Kimi have been taking great care of Zoey for 8 years now! The prices are reasonable and competitive.
In my opinion, when you leave your dog at a daycare there is nothing better than the assurance that she will be well-looked after. That satisfaction is guaranteed with the Balanced Bark!
