Today mom phoned up a contractor friend and tomorrow morning it will be installed. 2 day job. MashAllah Only wish they would have carried the door to the deck and not sitting on the dirt beside the deck.

R	Rose Arvai on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish to convey my deepest regret for choosing Royal Glass for my window repair. To start...my horizontal sliders were ‘repaired’ on July 12/18. They were not used for just over a week...because of the heat and humidity, the A/C was going non-stop. The week of July 23rd...upon opening one of the windows, the top slider was soo loose that it would slide down without effort...I had called Royal Glass that week and again the week after...talking to the receptionist...neither time did the owner call back...that’s strike one and two... The owner finally called back on August 17/18 and ‘tried’ to make it out that day...needless to say...he was a no show... I called him on August 20/18 and was informed he would make it out this Friday, August 24/18. Again no show....not even a call from him to assure me he’ll make it out or not... Rest assured I’ll have my window repaired and I’ll make sure the bill is submitted to Royal glass...! Never have I had to deal with a negligent tradesman..shoddy customer service and all around blatant disregard for a customer! It’s okay to take on a new job but not to repair their own shoddy workmanship??!

After leaving it with another company for a week and being told that my table had to be shipped out of town for some reason to be measured or whatever, I took my table top to Royal Glass Mirror and before I'd even made it home, I got the call that my glass was ready to be picked up! Yay! Looks great. I highly recommend this company.

With covid, everything was taking much longer and Royal Glass was the only company who made it out to do a measurement and order. It wasn't an easy job and we are so grateful you were there for us. It was winter when the windows were installed, and once the warmer weather hit, I realized there was an issue with one install, they didn't hesitate to send someone over same day, and within a couple weeks they had someone in and did a total repair! They really keep their guarantee. I will definitely be using them to replace the rest of my windows. I also appreciated that there was absolutely no pressure to do anymore than what I could afford. 100% recommend Royal Glass!
