★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an urgent criminal record check needs to be done immediately. Went to Burnaby RCMP, Cindy and Grace helped me. They are so nice. Cindy tried to make sure I was doing the correct one. Grace finished the check within 20 mins. Cannot appreciate more about their kindness and efficiency. Thanks again!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Officer connoly ticketed one of my drivers 400.00 for allegedly having his gps on his phone in the seat next to him with audio directions on and then another 300.00 for not having garbage bags strapped down in the back of a enclosed moving truck.
Tell me rcmp, how do i secure a garbage bag in the back of a enclosed moving truck? This is obviously a cash grab pull over and i have no idea how you sleep at night knowing your literally stripped the profit from our small business for like 4 whole days of hard work

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I met this Police Officer Farhangiz ( Farrah) for 2-3 times. She is very humble,down to earth, friendly, very professional plus the main thing which made me to write this review is : HER ATTITUDE VERY SYMPATHETIC AND RESPECTFUL TOWARDS HOMELESS PEOPLE.
I salute her.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will keep writing to you! No matter how much you monitor this site and not allow for freedom of speech!! Please be warned! We do not have protection no more! They do nothing for you! I called numerous times ! We have video recordings at a hotel I was threatened and assaulted ! And they did nothing! Absolutely nothing ve warned ⚠️ only you can save you! Our forces is not there for you ! They do not show up to help I tried numerous times! Nothing! Please be warned! We do not have public safety anymore!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My initial visit to this RCMP office (front counter) was good. I was helped promptly and the person seemed informative. After processing, I was to wait until I get the result of my requisition in my mail. I was expecting the processing to be 3 weeks and 4 weeks at most. on Week 4, I started emailing RCMP and calling this office to check on its status. RADIO SILENCE from both, very unresponsive. It's a two start instead of one because at least my initial visit wasn't so bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely happy & satisfied with the service I received from RCMP Burnaby.
I went to their office (6355 Deer Lake Ave) on 29th Jan to resolve an issue related to my car. The staff at the front desk was kind enough to open a file for me and she took a note of everything. The police officer called me after an hour & the issue was resolved the next day.
They are open on Saturdays & Sunday’s which was convenient for me.
The officer called four times to give me an update/progress which was helpful.
Suggestion: Their website and Google mentioned the office is open until 8 PM. But they close before 8 PM due to shortage of staff.
Please edit/update the working hours in website.
