Even though we are in a pandemic, the last time I visited HR they made me a coffee after I enquired as to whether the cafeteria had reopened... I thought to myself "Wow. These HR people must be starved for human face to face." Love the HR crew, they are always helpful.

I am writing to inform the HR Dept of how important it is to us, as nearby Burnaby residents, to have CENTRAL PARK as a clean and debris-free area where we can walk and enjoy nature at its best. One of the best ways we have found that your staff can do this is by ensuring that one specific individual is on location all or most of the time......and that is ARRIC FOWLER . He has to be one of the very best park maintenance personnel that has been hired for that position in the last 5+ years. He is not only keen to do his job but he has THEE BEST PERSONALITY! He's so very friendly and aware of what is happening in the park thereby ensuring homeless persons are treated with respect - of which they need to reciprocate - and he offers safety tips to us walkers during stormy weather. I just can't say enough positive things about him! I can say though, that over the past couple months he has been absent and the park cleanliness is not up to his standards. Please keep him stationed in Central Park....we will definitely appreciate his presence and work ethic. We miss him!! thank you for your time........
