★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there yesterday and I had a worse experience ever. The staff at the front desk was very rude and impatient. They were not helpful at all and they had zero knowledge of what they were doing. I would suggest go somewhere else and don’t waste your time here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called the non emergency line to report that a neighbours vehicle had just been broken into, but we had no way of contacting that neighbour as we know didn't know which neighbour it was. The officer that answered was unwilling to take the report and refused to attempt the owner of the vehicle because it was not our vehicle. The door was open and the vehicle had visible damage, but they felt it was better to wait until morning (after the vehicle presumably got rained on all night) and have the owner call it inin when they discovered their car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well, how much do guys make from the tickets?? I have been given 2 tickets together and when i asked the reason, officer holding badge no. 50156 resist to answer. He tried to run away without saying anything but “have a good day”... well i was having a good day and u just ruined it!!!!
Hate RCMP because of officers like him who’s having Mid Life crises!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 400.00 ticket for texting a coworker going through an emergency at a site at a red light while stopped. There goes my pay for a week following a pandemic. So glad the police are there to help so eagerly.
Drive 100km per day and have never gotten a warning for the 3 tickets ive recieved in the last 5 years. No mercy lol

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Didn’t knew public servants are only their to serve tickets until I got one for burnt tail light of a company vehicle. Warning would have better than $109 ticket .Gave me a another $109 ticket for a faded 5-6 year old tint on the same company vehicle I work for . Glad RCMP is being thrown out of Surrey .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ White lady officer with blonde hair in her 40-50s with employee number 204026 cannot be trusted. I went to get my PIC-VS on Feb 08, 2022 and I asked her if I can get another copy in few days she said yes you can and after few days when I came to get another copy she completely refused that she even gave that information. Even tried to deny that she ever worked at the Newton Surrey RCMP location. Nowadays RCMP officers cannot be trusted on they’re words. Worst customer service!
