★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered flowers for my mother for her birthday 2 days prior and the order was not fulfilled because they ran out of the flowers i ordered. I called today and was not happy as she did not get her birthday present on time however, I spoke to Dolly who apologized and took full responsibility. She was great, and she gave me a full refund and assured me that my order will go out today! I did not expect that at all!! Thanks Dolly!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We used Surrey Flower shop to provide flowers for my brother in law's funeral last October. It was a very tragic and sudden death and we were in a scramble to make arrangements.
Surrey Flower Shop were kind and compassionate explaining the various options and helped us find something within our budget.
When we showed up to the funeral home everything looked great.
We're grateful for their help during a difficult time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I absolutely loved this flower shop, I came in looking for a bag to put some of my stuff in and the lady at the flower shop was the first person to help me out of all the stores I went to. She had a big smile on her face and showed so much genuine energy and it made me just want to buy flowers. The smell of the store was absolutely refreshing and seriously made my day as well as her beautiful and amazing energy.

The flowers were ALL fresh, huge variety, and I was able pick out the flowers as they were delivered. The owner was lovely and created a stunning bouquet for my 7 y.o cousin. Will definitely go back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely arrangements and excellent customer service! I missed a delivery today because I had my headphones in for a virtual meeting. My phone was on silent, but the driver called me multiple times and left a voicemail. I noticed 10 minutes later and looked outside. My flowers were very carefully placed next to my door, out of the rain. I got another call just before the shop closed to make sure I received my flowers. Thank you so much for providing amazing costumer service and making my Birthday that much more beautiful ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dolly and her staff are definitely the best florists in the Lower Mainland! I called her at 5 pm for a last minute bouquet for my girlfriend's birthday and she stayed at her shop until 8 pm to make the most beautiful yellow arrangement. She went above and beyond when she had absolutely no reason to. I would recommend this shop to everyone.

She genuinely wanted to make the bouquet pretty and she even went out of her way to match the wrapping with the lavender flowers as well as putting something to make it smell nice. I was super grateful for her hospitality and the way she helped !! I would definitely recommend anyone who wants to buy flowers for your significant other, mom, or whoever to go here! I will definitely come back whenever I need flowers !
