β β β β β I came in to get some information on Criminal record checks and pardons. The lady at the front desk curly brown hair with glasses was extremely condescending. She did not know what she was talking about as she wasnβt able to answer questions we had. We gave up and left. You think they would have folks working in there that know what they are talking about.

β β β β β Have forgotten they work for the PUBLIC. Perhaps the RCMP could do lessons on word definitions. Because they don't seem to understand serve, protect, or servant. They now act as an extension of our authoritarian government. To every single RCMP member across Canada; If you have abandoned your oath, or have failed to call out colleagues who have abandoned the oath then you are no longer in any sort of power and you deserve to be not only terminated but held accountable for your actions or lack there of!

β β β β β The Non-Emergency line is a %^#@&* JOKE. What is the purpose of having this line, when NO-ONE answers it, why, why, why! I wanted to report some nutjob driver, but been on this number for 45 MINUTES with NO-ANSWER.
Ladies and Gentleman, this is the RCMP ... we are so impressed to see our tax dollars being used for (and on) Doughnuts !

β β β β β My wife needed to do finger print for her citizenship application. The website only mentioned the cost but no information whether an appointment was needed. She called ahead and was told none was needed. But the service can only be offered for Richmond residents.
We went in around 9:30 in the morning and there was nobody. The man behind the counter was courteous. We showed him the paperwork and made the payment.
Then she went to wash her hands and waited to be called for the process. The whole thing was done in less than 15 minutes.
She was a bit worry after reading all the negative reviews. But everyone from the receptionist answering the phone calls to the clerks helping us were all very courteous.
