★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dropped off a dishwasher to be fixed. The door would almost touched the floor when you load it. We were told it needed new springs and a new seal. To fix it it would be almost half the cost of a new (same model) dishwasher. Thats fine we're happy to support local businesses. That is why we went this route. Once home we installed the dishwasher and started loading it. Well the door dropped to the floor like it had never been fixed. I have call multiple times and left messages asking how to adjust the springs for more tension to hold the door up. Googled how to adjust springs but that didn't help. So something else it wrong. My guess is the hinges are bent. I was able to come up with a quick fix myself as we are not putting more money into this dishwasher. Very frustrated that I could have done this easy fix and not pay almost $200 for nothing. I gave them multiple opportunities to contact me to help guide me on a fix , but to this day No reply. We will not be going back and will not recommend them anymore like we use to all the time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We called at 9:00 am, Andrew came out and had our fridge working again before 10:30! He was incredibly friendly, and professional. The price to repair was about 1/10 of what it would have cost to replace it. We hope no more appliances malfunction, but if they do we would have Rowes come back to repair it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a fantastic experience with these guys! My realtor recommended them when my freezer kept thawing. I called them around 10am and they managed to come to my place, pull out and look at my fridge, diagnose the problem (the fridge's compressor blew, so we need a new fridge), install a temporary solution for it, take my payment (cash or debit), and leave – all by 11am! I was blown away!! I will absolutely call these guys again.
