Been thinking whether or not to post a review but after thinking about it more and more I've decided to post one. Not very happy with our purchase. We've purchased a Caravan from this place and from the beginning of the transaction I've felt very uneasy. 1. He asked for a deposit which he then said the deposit does nothing, it doesn't hold the car and if someone comes in to buy it he'll sell the car to the other person and refund our deposit. This is already sales pressure and not the right way to do business. Why take deposit at all then? 2. We weren't allowed to test drive the vehicle at all. We had to buy it blind and plus his constant sales pressure we gave in and bought the car but now after a bit of driving we already knew something was wrong with the car. Turns out the transmission was bad and the car stalls multiple times on us. If we had test drove the car we would have instantly knew that wasn't the car we wanted. 3. Unprofessional and untrustworthy. They said they did safety and cleaned the car but when we went into inspect there were ton of garbage still in the vehicle and cup holders. If you can lie about cleaning the car then how can I trust you that you did safety on the car specially when you didn't let us test drive the car and turns out the car's transmission has issues. We've decided to purchase this car not because it was the cheapest but because it had low 100k mileage and good price for the mileage but turns out in this car's condition we could have bought something 200k that runs better for half the price. Not a place I would recommend as quality does not meet advertised and the way they use sales pressure to make you feel you need to buy the car right away makes me uncomfortable that I felt like I got tricked. The whole transaction from seeing the car to buying the car took a week (minus paperwork delays at the ministry) but that's something a little fast to my comfort. Bottom line is if we had test driven the vehicle we would have known there was an issue with the car and would not have purchased it. And not not even a year later the engine light is on.

My Dad recently bought a car from Ross Auto Sales. Rosen was really pleasant and honest, he answered all our questions and provided us with the vehicles information. He made sure we got our car quickly and in top shape. The service was great!
