J	James Smith on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ted accommodated a safety I needed to have preformed on a Saturday (Easter weekend) at a moments notice in order to sell my bike. Called beforehand, was told to swing by anytime. He carefully inspected my bike (had all new fluids down to fork oil, brakes, sprocket/chain, tires) with paperwork. He test rode the bike and gave me my safety within 20 min considering there were people waiting ahead of me. That’s a quick turnaround. Had a good talk about Paris to Dakar rally, even recommended a good trail school called TrailTours near Kwartha Lakes. Knowledgeable man. Thank you, Ted.

I was there yesterday to have my bike tires swapped and the man priced me so incredibly well and he’s such an awesome character. Awesome sense of humour and nicest old man. Will highly recommend to other bikers 100%. Bravo!

W	Walt Lear on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You get what you pay for. I've been coming to Ted's for a while now but his service and attitude has severely declined. He won't do anything more complicated than an oil change or a tire swap. He is relentless with his profanity and while funny at first, slowly loses it's charm when you realize he's actually serious. The death threats don't help either. I would endure this just to get cheap service but now I'd rather pay more and be treated with respect. Just compare him to the shop next door and you will see a world of difference. If you like sub-par service with a string of expletives thrown at you, then this is the place for you. Otherwise, save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else.

I called them to ask if they could replace my LED license plate light. First time he just says no and hangs up immediately. Gave him the benefit of the doubt (maybe it accidentally disconnected) and dialed back. His response is still rude, saying no in a tone that makes it seem like I'm bothering him by requesting the SERVICE THAT HE ADVERTISES. Then the owner (Ted?) Started interrogating me as if I'm asking something outrageous. It's a simple LED replacement job. When I sounded surprised that he can't do the replacement, he asks in a strange tone "why?" As if a broken led light in need of replacement is so far-fetched. Old one is BROKEN, like I said the first time you asked me, jesus, what else can I tell you? Then, miraculously, he changes his mind and says he can do it but I need to leave the bike with him for a full day after saying "Jesus Christ" under his breath. My ears work fine, old man, please learn some respect towards customers. Absolute worst phone call I've ever been on. You should be ashamed of posing as a moto repair/maintenance shop, not only for your rudeness, but also because apparently replacing a simple LED is above your skill level. Judging off of other reviews you're getting many reviews from people who know you as a family friend and/or barely tolerate you because they can't be bothered to go to another shop. You even have one 5 star review that gently tells you of your numerous flaws, which sounds like a disgruntled family friend.
