Joked about quantities, sizes and colours
I am a customer and am asking for professional help, not a comedy skit
There is a time and a place for humour, this was very inappropriate
Sizes were not clearly explained, I ended up with 2 pieces too many and a box full of J track
I suppose partly on me as I did not check invoice once handed over with COVID protocols
Will not be returning to this store for supplies

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worked here for 2 months and the most unorganized job ever even when not busy, Tony will come out and tell you to just start stacking and unstacking the same skid. Until someone comes in. boxes hanged off where they should be wrapped Tony’s lazy when it comes to his job buts wants to look like a good boss to the others. Ask around lol everyone dislikes him he’s away from office more then in office. Horrible boss

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went into to seek professional roofing advice prior to hiring a roofer and was able to speak with Ken Anderson who gave me sound advice as to the applicable materials that are used and educated me on best industry practices. Thank you kindly Ken for spending the time with me to discuss all the applicable products for a proper installation. Choosing the right contractor will be a much easier task. Anyone needing roofing material or assistance should visit Roofmart. Thanks again.
