From the time of entering the store we were treated with exceptional service, knowledge of products and courtesy. Our order was delivered on time to meet roofing contractor but unfortunately our driveway got damaged by the delivery truck. From the time this was reported to Shahin until picking up the payment cheque for the damages, Shahin gave us the very best customer service and support, followed through on all correspondence and made every effort to "fix" the situation at hand. We are very happy customers and will refer anyone to deal with a company that gives this kind of customer care and support. Keep up this GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE Roofmart and thank you for correcting the damage. THANK YOU Shahin for making this as smooth as possible.

Went in and the lads there were SO helpful and made sure I not only got what I needed - but helped teach me some basics - I feel WAY more confident doing this small job now! Really helpful, really nice and kind. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would advise staying away from this company. The deliver driver almost ran myself and my car over. I asked the driver to stop for a minute so I could move my car out of the way. At this point the driver became extremely hostile and aggressive. He was yelling and screaming at me saying "I can't hear you say that to my face". I again asked him where he wanted me to move the car so it would be out of his way. Again he didn't answer and become more hostile. At this point I just wanted to get away from him because I wasn't sure what his intentions were. He did not apologize on his way out.
Feel free to check my reviews I don't leave bad reviews but this experience just left such a bad taste in my mouth and i really hope nobody else has to experience this horrible scenario.
